Mindful Leadership - 1 month bootcamp

  • Background: 

    Throughout the COVID period, mid-to senior-level leaders faced exceptional challenges, particularly in locations with lockdown policies. The inability to frequently engage with their teams and uncertainty about the duration of the situation created significant hurdles. Leaders grappled with managing their anxiety, handling stress, and navigating growth amidst the unknown. Learning to cope with emotional instability became crucial as leaders sought pathways for personal and team development.

  • Participants: 15 emerging workplace leaders across China (including Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing,) Switzerland and Singapore

  • Format: 30-Day Mindful Leadership online journey

  • Highlights:

    An online 30-day program was developed, incorporating daily check-ins, virtual workshops, the "Space Building Method" toolkit, and interactive community discussions. Through coaching and peer consultation, leaders were empowered to break habitual patterns, make mindful decisions, and lead with creativity and inspiration. The outcome was a resilient, focused, and innovative leadership ready to inspire teams towards cohesive, proactive growth.

@Singapore Botanic Garden

  • Background: 

    In the bustling and highly competitive society of Singapore, individuals often find themselves defined by external markers like wealth and social status, shaping their identity based on societal perceptions. This pro bono mindfulness activity, conducted every Sunday morning for four weeks, unfolds a journey into self-discovery. 

    Aimed at the youth, the program encourages participants to explore the other side of self-definition. Beyond societal expectations, it prompts reflection one's true essence. 

  • Participants: 20+ working professionals, undergraduate and MBA students in Singapore 

  • Format: 3-hour in person workshop at National Botanic Garden, Singapore, 4 consecutive Sunday mornings, free of charge

  • Highlights:

    • Who am I: Uncover layers of self-definition through your job, hobbies, life stage, and origin

    • Where am I: Reflect on your purpose and how you define your current space

    • Where am I going: Consider if your goals align with your current location or require a different path

    • Appreciating myself: Practice unconditional self-love, free from criticism and judgment
