Criteo, a commerce marketing leader, specializes in delivering personalized and impactful advertising experiences to businesses worldwide. Headquartered in Singapore, the APAC team has members from France, India, Australia, Korea, China etc.

    The APAC team operates across diverse locations, embracing the opportunities for improvement in communication and collaboration, particularly in the context of remote work and varying cultural dynamics.

  • Participants: 11-12 team members from technical solution and market team across APAC 

  • Format: 3-hour interactive online session

Highlights:

The workshop was crafted and executed over two 3-hour sessions, strategically aimed at elevating cross-cultural awareness and fostering collaboration through the integration of mindfulness strategies. Centered on the application of mindfulness principles, the program sought to enhance sensitivity to cultural differences, ultimately refining team communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Building on a foundation of mindfulness, the workshop introduced participants to a non-judgmental attitude, followed by virtues like patience and trust. It delved into cultural nuances associated with commonplace workplace scenarios such as giving feedback, sharing information, disagreeing, persuading, and trusting.

 Mindfulness for Growth Mindset

In 1998 the Spring City Golf & Lake Resort was officially established alongside Yangzong Lake in Kunming, Yunnan. The project was a collaboration between the Kunming city government and Keppel, a subsidiary of Keppel Corporation - one of Singapore's leading  multinational companies.

  • Background: 

    Spring City, a prestigious golf resort in Yunan and part of Keppel Land China, sought to expand its services with a holistic approach to customer well-being. This shift required a growth mindset among the team.

  • Participants: 25 mid-level Spring City team members from Marketing, Finance, HR, IT departments

  • Format: 3-hour in person workshop in Kunming, China

  • Highlights:

    Mindfulness techniques to cultivate a growth mindset. The program helped the team embrace change, solve problems creatively, and boost intrinsic motivation, thereby aligning with Spring City's strategic goals.
